When you receive your new valuation notice after a three-yearly citywide revaluation, you can object to this at no cost until the date advised on your new valuation notice (normally 30 working days). This option is not available outside of this timeframe.

Objection to your rating valuation

Use this option to object to your rating valuation where;

-   You have received a recent consent valuation notice and disagree with the value

-   You have completed recent works without requiring a consent

-   You want to correct information that we hold about your property

-   You want a review of your rating valuation outside of a revaluation period - called a Section 16 review (there is a cost for this service)
